I am unsure if this is a bug or if I am missing a step somewhere but I cannot get the z-order tab to consistently show information. I feel like half the time I am trying to use it there is no sprites listed and I cannot figure out how to make them show up. I used this feature A LOT in construct 2 and never had an issue. Anyone else know the trick to making it work or is it buggy now?
I didn't see any bug reports on this with a quick look so hopefully I am just missing a simple step.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
Same here. The only time i can get it to show any info is if i undock it then go into menu > view then select z order bar again. Then it shows the various layers and the object.
Chrome on mac.
If you think there is a problem make an issue in Github about it.
I am a bit suspicious myself that only a couple of bugs were filed about it.
Not that I doubt my coding chops , but I was expecting a few more issues from thoroughly untested code.
I can't tell you any more than i have about it. When C3 loads the z order bar is empty, the only way i can get info to show again is to close the bar and reopen it.
Well, I just found a pretty glaring bug that can make thing rather confusing
Hopefully I can fix it for the next release and you can try the feature properly.
Alright, I fixed this.
You will be able to check it out in the next release, r32.
Thanks for looking into it.
