The main motivation here was to finally get mobile performance to be good. Almost all code for this was written by AI with very little human oversight.

This wouldn't have been feasible for me to do manually, as this would have been a massive undertaking. It's around 235k lines of code currently (although if done by a human engineer it would probably be a good amount less).

Mostly because I have worked with Go before and know the language (I‘m currently writing a firmware in it). Kotlin and Swift I have no experience with.

Performance-wise Go is basically on the same level as Kotlin or Swift and since I don‘t use many native features or native UI frameworks there wouldn’t really be a benefit there.
