Any predictions in the C3 updates regarding the availability of the Firebase plugin?

If the plugin is updated for SDK v2 I'd not expect any issues.
If it isn't updated you can still use it in the LTS version for a while. But considering it's just for firebase, the plugin can probably be updated easily for SDK v2 if needed.
