How large is the Dutch Construct 3 userbase?

I've been thinking about producing helpful content for the Dutch audience tutorials etc. But my impression is that its userbase is much too small for it to be worthwhile.

Are there any statistics on this? Like how many Dutch Construct 3 users there are. Or are these stats private? If so, does anyone know how to get a ballpark figure of (active) users?

In the region of 1,500-2,000 users of Construct 3 are from the Netherlands.
