These terms and conditions, to the extent we have informed, allow the use of the content to third parties in other videos hosted on the platform. Provided they are without commercial uses. Our game is free, so my i informed before using the clips. For example, they are actions currently used by other Yotuube users, such as "Youtubers". Also, taking another point in mind, I do not remember now exactly how much time is accurate for a song, or video so that when used Infringes the rights of an author. The whole term "I can use X song/video for this amount of time makes it fair use" is not a true statement sadly.
