Projects I have, when I exported to HTML5,and run in the browser tablet, FPS normal,and when I make a APK(Phonegap or appmobi) FPS reduced by 1/2.

For example(browser(30fps),APK(15 FPS))?

Are you sure you're exporting to appMobi with directCanvas enabled? PhoneGap is known to be very slow, but directCanvas should be fast.
