Have all of the cocoon JS features been compiled into the monetization section?

Or was Cocoon JS just removed all together?

You missed the memo. The exporter was hidden as of R179.

They have made a ton of fixes to it lately and are looking into the memory management issue. I believe 3.0 of the cloud compiler is coming out this week.
