[R990] crop transparent edges crashes C2

Repoducability: 100%

Method of reproduction:

1. open a layout

2. insert a tiled backgroud

3. import a png into the image editor

4. select an area with the rectangular select tool

5. click on the crop transparent edges.

6. Observe hang.

7. restart app.

Actually, hitting "cut" instead of crop also hangs C2.

I am just trying to find a way to crop an image.

Can't reproduce, works every time in r102.

Please only check the latest release to avoid reporting bugs we've already fixed.

installed 102 on spare pc, works in 102.
