rating in C2

Hi guys

Iv downloaded a cocoonjs plugin ( or whatever you call it ) , its for rating

first of all i want to know how to install this stuff on C2

and can you please tell me how to make something like this , for example if user touched or clicked on a sprite , the rate page of google play or app store pops up or something like this
