Promoting r495 to LTS.
I have to stay on r449 to maintain my project, but I'm unable to download it as a chrome app (it automatically updates to new LTS) and in the browser I get a notification EVERY TIME I start asking me to update. Could you guys please make it easier to stay on the older version before making this change final?
Newer releases have a setting to disable update notifications, but unfortunately it came after r449 so it doesn't respect that. We will publish a patch for r449 in the near future that respects the setting in newer releases so it won't show update notifications. We'll look into what can be done about installed apps, but it might be limited by what Chrome supports (I don't believe there's a way to choose between the launch URL, and the default is the latest on the release channel.)
