I still have problem with visibility of overridden layers. It is hard to reproduce it for me but it is problem in my project and it has changed due to this "thing". Is there any chance you can check it out more? Layer overridden by global layer is not visible in layout so I can see that layer only in source layout.
I have the same problem. It doesn't appear in a fresh, new project tho. Impossible to "file an issue following all the guidelines".

Yea it is hard to fill bug report when I also tried it with new project and it was working ok. My project is too big and complicated to share it anywhere so what can we do with it?
