two days ago, i'm still using this plugin and i can build it to android. but today, i can't build it anymore, what happen? it's show me this log anyway

Yeah... same here, did you solve your problem?
i solve it by doing this
- build to cordova
- you get the WWW folder
- use previous android studio project which contains unity ads folder and replace all the WWW folder.
