  • 19.99 $ includes the plugin and 2 templates and 1 year of free support, That demo was done in 5 mins, I'm not good with 3D modelling, I'll try my best to change it to something more appealing.

    This will be version 0.1a , free updates up to 1.0 stable. Which will cover obviously all the features that the BabylonJS comes with.

    that sounds great, but will it require that we have to convert the 3ds files to .babylon files? or works directly with 3ds files? cause that wold be sick.

    this is the stuff i wanted for long time on Q3D but never got implemented with C2 but maybe just using Js which part of C2 community doesnt know how to work with, including myself, im just fiddling around with js, but if there where some functions to enable us, to create those functionalities, in the example above, this is going to be one awesome plugin.

  • Savvy001 Both, as for the games, you design your levels with a 3D editor (World, Enemies etc...), you export the scene to Construct 2 and from there you can access all the objects by their names.

    You should note that you cannot use behaviours with this since its not Editor based, there will be another version for the editor soon.

    Yes, BabylonJS supports VR.

    As you said, this plugin is meant to be further developed, I released it earlier so that I can get suggestions from users about the functions that they want to be added or things that they want to be changed .

    Edited: also when you answered to Savvy001 about the VR, you meant BabylonJs supports VR not the Babylon3D plugin for C2 right?

    so basically... atm has no real functionality... its just a loader of a scene... which you cant do nothing with using C2... im afraid to ask about the price... and if there is a documentation with it... and not the babylon.js website as documentation... but the C2 documentation for it... cause they are very different.

    looks promissing but i wold wait for a complete package with editor inside it also.

    how fast is for a "potato head " like myself to comprehend to setup a scene? etc... the demo you shown is pretty bad(*the door stays still while the car moves. see bottom pic*).

    will it be compatible with mobile devices? can i use it for creating a mobile application both ios and android?

    will it be always be updated on each C2 version when will C2 be updated? or will work with one C2 version only?

    and i have many other questions related to performance and compatibility as well as user interface.

    but as i see so far, looks clean and fast, but im afraid its not a complete product.

    the best way for this product to be proven its going to work, is a working demo, more then a loaded scene (a simple FPS maybe? half of the functions are in the demo as i see which is good.)

    might be better then Q3D i cant wait for it to be ready in store and test it out.

    i get 4 fps in chrome top... its good as visual effect but kills performance atleast for me.

  • its not working properly... i mean it does something and i know the idea you based it on but the effect instead of spinning(flashing) the slots, just disappears for a few seconds then when shows results one fruit at a time appears. ... maybe doesn't work with chrome?

    edited: nope doesn't work with any browser/from Explorer,Chrome,Firefox,Opera to NW all same result, Chrome however is performing faster.

    however if you thinking on fixing this, can you add a 5 reel option also? that wold be insane. having a option to tick 3 or 5 reels that wold be a entire ball game. way easier to create slot games.

  • I'm getting an error when exporting to test, Have a empty project with a Q3D sprite, get error saying: "JavaScript error, "THREE" is undefined.

    Help?, Using version R206.

    deselect minifyscript on exporting and should be fixed. Q3D is not optimized with minifiscript.

  • on beginning after start button on my rig, i get 20 fps for about 1 second then raises to 30/33 then 3 4 seconds later clean 60 fps, however are just around 200 objects on screen active i guess the static ones are not even taken any damage on my fps, however i cant say nothing about cpu utilization you should balance that so all computers should be able to play it, if you have a quad core machine and ur cpu utilization is more then 30% then its no good for older computers, now i know most people today are in the ultimate rigging with around 500 bucks, builds, but there are others that still using 10 year old tech(dual cores or even single cores.)

    leaving all that aside, its one of the best retro games ived seen on forums in a while that also performs good.

  • Hello Gamers I am new to construct 2 and I am working on flappy bird project the question is once the player is near to rock or obstacles it want to react something like eg: whether it can rotate,it can open the eyes,laugh etc... once the player is near to the obstacles only it should happend otherwise it should be static give some idea or tutorials to do this.

    using the system expression compare two variables, you compare the distance of the flappy bird and the rock near it from the front, you will need an additional x calculation to determine which is the closest front object, if you dont when ur bird is between 2 stones middle point, it will do crazy stuff, il make u a example how logic should work, then it depends on you how you want to polish the events for your specific needs.

    and here it is Distance Flappin Bird i modified the default game, and made an extra group for the distance measurement.

    Why dont you ask apple support? they have their own rules, if you hide something, they will reject your app instantly, they have a big concern around privacy issues, you hiding your LLC extension for them will look weird. Better read their submission terms, i know they have 100 pages of it, but u have to do it in the end, if you want to do business with them. Plus having LLC at the end only confirms your a legit developer, and not some indie game developer that maybe will update their software products or not. Many game developers started as an LLC and then upgraded to something else when they got bigger. LLC at end of your company name is not that bad from my point of view. Its not something you have to concern about now. No one downloads your game because you have or dont have a .LLC at the end of your companies name. You can choose not to add the LLC to public, many companies dont show it publicly the extension (ie. EA (real name : Electronic Arts Inc), Unreal Engine (.Inc), Scirra (.LTD) etc). The business extension you have to show it to Apple or on your profile/ terms and condition for legal reasons but not necessarily as your logo/ name that represents you.

    For example i have also registered one Limited, but i dont show the LTD so nobody complained thus far about it.

  • check this website there are a bunch similar to it, that has already prebuilt templates, and its ready to use basically, android has one also but for now i think this is what you should looking at.

    BTW people above are right, you might better need to do it by hand, i wold do it in Ruby on Rails, Twitter/Instagram, i think even whats-app is built in it. much faster, and can handle tons of users.
