Hi guys thanks for the replies. I understand what you are both saying, but google play developer won't accept the new game upload it says "until problem fixed" so I can't fix this by simply uploading a new game version.

I can't update/upload new versions of game to google play...

It must be an android 12 issue, because on that phone I installed the landscape game "Homescapes" by Playrix, and for that game too the IAP payment screen flipped to portrait when it should have stayed landscape. On my other phones Homescapes stayed landscape on the IAP payment screen.

Hiya, yes the only one with the problem is the phone running android 12. Android 14 is fine, as is android 9

It seems that the phone that has the iap screen portrait screen problem is running Android 12. Could that be the issue?

thankyou, but it works fine (IAP Purchase screen in landscape) on a different mobile phone. I have tested it on several phones, and 1 out of 3 of them it works fine. 2 out of 3 it switches to portrait.

Hi Guys, anyone got answer for this? I have a mobile game on the google play store. This game is set to be in landscape mode. All was well, but now when a player goes to make a IAP purchase, the IAP screen goes to portrait mode, when it should be in landscape. I have tried everything conceivable but no solution found. Driving me crazy.
