Are you referring to the status bar? The one that has the time, battery level, wifi icon, etc.?
If so, there's an option to hide it in the C3 export dialogue.

Please locate "Parallax" in the SAME Properties panel. (It's directly below Scale rate)
Now, edit the properties to 0% x 0%.
Add the PlatformInfo object. Then use the Is on mobile condition.
