I agree it's too aggressive, I'm working on improving this.
I've added extra error logging to try to help see what's going on here - is the issue resolved now (the game works for me) or is it still broken?
Can you send a copy of your project to support, along with details of your current license and what version of Construct you're using? We can then take a look for you.
Yes you can
This should now be fixed
There are complex trade embargo’s imposed on Iran - although legally we probably could sell to Iran we choose not to as the legal risks for us are too high. I’m sorry, and we do not do anything that can be seen to circumvent these rules (eg free plans).
For custom interpretations of our branding, please just email us with the design for us to OK. We are very unlikely to say no but we do like to just give the written consent for everyone's peace of mind.
If it’s throwing a 500 error is a bug our end, will get this fixed in the next update.
Next update shows all the resource ID's in a much clearer way in your account.
I'm interested if you're using the cloudsave, if you have any feedback as you experiment with it please do share directly to me on tomztz@construct.net!

Sorry didn't spot this earlier. If you login to your account and view the bucket the URL will be along the lines of:
cgs.construct.net/974b678b-4317-4d4e-b94f-1c90607d70a5/cloudsave/buckets/ea7ee705-e462-4748-9881-20bc24104e37
The bucket Id is the last part: ea7ee705-e462-4748-9881-20bc24104e37
I'll update the interface to make this clearer.
Apologies, this is fixed in the next update (probably Monday)
I'll make this clearer in the next update, but in the mean time you can get the ID from the URL when you click on the leaderboard, EG:
