I can't reproduce this, can you provide steps to reproduce, a .capx if necessary, and details about which browsers you have tried?
There is no limit on the number of animation frames - you should be able to create over 1024. However the problem here is it looks like your computer is just running out of memory because there are so many images. I'd still recommend using fewer frames! Or maybe at least try splitting your sprite sheet in to two or four sections and importing them separately.

Closing for now since I can't reproduce, please let me know if you can repro this with both Win8 RTM and VS2012 RTM.
I think this may be related to digital signatures, and I think it should be fixed in r106. Let me know how it goes when it's out.
I can't reproduce this on my laptop at home (it resumes from sleep correctly). I think it's a graphics card driver bug, have you tried updating your driver?
Should be fixed in the next build, thanks.

Ragtime - your uploaded project seemed to work fine here (showed a loader layout), and I can't really test the .capx because it loads more or less instantly. Everything appears to be working normally, though.
Please see how to report bugs. Can you share a .capx?

Can you still reproduce this with the stock Audio object? If so can you share a .capx?
For the record we strongly recommend you don't modify official plugins or behaviors.
I can't reproduce this. Your .capx previews just fine here. Can you provide any more information about the problem? Are there any browser errors?
