A number of problems really aren't caused by Construct, in which case we really can't help. FWIW I just tried a test APK build in r250 and it seemed to work fine. I also don't see any significant changes that were made to Android in r248 so it may well be unrelated to any issue you were having.
Do you mean changing the actual camera angle, or using an off-axis projection (i.e. changing the vanishing point)?
Do you mean Z index? You can't set two objects to the same Z index, which makes it difficult to sort Z order by assigning Z indices. However there's the 'Sort Z order' action which can do something similar.
Safari doesn't support it.
Glad to hear it works, thanks for confirming!
You can already use animated object faces by assigning a Sprite to a face.
Classic scripts have been deprecated since November 2020. Support for them was already removed in r242, but this has not yet come to a stable release.
The new functions can still be called everywhere, and are significantly faster than the old functions.

This is currently by design, as negative Z values complicate the "is in viewport" check.
Why not rotate it in the Layout View?

Changing the origin of the back face should change the object origin. If it doesn't work please file an issue!
