Tutorial - How to publish your game on Facebook using Dropbox

Before you begin I want to apologize for my bad english, I'm from Brazil and I'm using Google translator to write this! Sorry about that, but I think everyone will understand ...

1 - First we must have dropbox installed on our pc, and have created an account on the website: Dropbox, and of course a game done in our beloved Construct 2

2 - Then we access this link:https://developers.facebook.com/apps, and click register now:

3 - take with your facebook password, and press submit.

4 - click "Yes" and then "next"

5 - Select your country from the selection box, then enter your phone number, then click send verification code, after receiving the confirmation code, enter it and click on register!

6 - Now go again "https://developers.facebook.com/apps" and click create new app!

7 - Put the information on your game, name, category, subcategory, and click create app!

8 - Now we have to copy the ID app.

9 - We have to put this ID in the project settings, and also the name, version, and description of the game within the construct 2.

10 - now we have export our WEBSITE for HTML5 game into the public folder of dropbox.

11 - After this is done we have to copy the public link for the "index.html" file in the exported project in the public folder of dropbox folder.

12 - Returning to the design of the app on facebook, let's go to settings>

and clicking on add platform

and choose "App on Facebook":

13 - now let's put the public link we copied the "index.html" file inside the Canvas URL and we will remove the "s" in "https:", leaving just "http:" and at the end of the link going for question mark "?" to tell facebook which is a directory!

Ex: "http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/154192866/AutoRunner/index.html?" (no quotes)

In Secure Canvas URL and we'll post the link as it was copied,

Ex: "https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/154192866/AutoRunner/index.html?" (no quotes).

then click save changes.

14 - is almost ready,

in "Canvas URL" have the url of our game within facebook, which is already running, if you did everything right so far,

15 - but our game is still not public for everyone to play, we have to strip it of "Sandbox"

to do this, we have put our contact email,

and save changes.

16 - now "status & Reviews" let's switch to "yes" in the selection box.

17 - Finally, click confirm and we can spend our Canvas URL link to our friends.

18 - is finally ready to o/.

PS: With this step by step our game does not go the Facebook Store, in order to refer to the Lodge we have to fulfill certain requirements and submit icons and banners in sizes required, the game has to be in accordance with the terms of Facebook.
