Pizza Tower is a fast paced 2D platformer inspired by the Wario Land series, with an emphasis on movement, exploration and score attack. Featuring highly stylized pixel art inspired by the cartoons from the '90s, and a highly energetic soundtrack.

Peppino Spaghetti, a surprisingly agile and powerful fat balding italian, is on a mission to destroy the titular Pizza Tower in order to save his restaurant from annihilation. Follow him through his rampage across the many wacky floors of the tower, collecting toppings and beating up monsters!

PLAY as Peppino Spaghetti, the supersonic italian middle-aged man! And sometimes Gustavo.

EXPLORE up to 5 floors leading to many levels, discover all of their secrets!

FIGHT some monsters and other weirdos!

DESTROY everything in your path, including those stupid rats.

BECOME the Pizza Tower!

Weird crazy characters and animations!

An insanely energetic soundtrack!

An unusual platformer formula!

Play like you want! Go for the highest score or explore at your own pace!

    • Sorry for the late response. I got them from spriters-resource.com , great place for sprites.

      • also it how did u use tiles its so hard in spriters resource all the tilemaps are ripped really badly leaving one pixel each tile!

        • What do you mean? I mean I poorly implemented the tiles in mine, I'm planning on releasing an updated version using an actual tilemap. But the tilemaps on spriter's resource seemed to look fine to me. If you want, you can add me on discord @weegee30 and we can chat. I might be able to help you out.

          Edit: also if you meant animated sprites, I will tell you from my experience it was difficult putting them into an animated format, because they are in a sprite sheet format with varying width for each frame, making it difficult to manually convert. For most of the animated sprites, I ended up grabbing them from pizzatower.fandom.com . All of the other sprites I grabbed from spriters resource though without struggle. Also if you'd like, you can also download the project file for this game, I made it so anyone can download it. You can mess around with it however you'd like, just please link the original if you put it on the arcade. Hope that helps!
