We purchased this plugin a year ago and are now unable to update to SDK2. When we contacted the developers, we were informed that "the product item is already phased out."
Despite having paid full price for this plugin, we are receiving no support whatsoever. Our follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and we were removed from their Discord server without explanation.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. We paid for a product with the reasonable expectation of ongoing compatibility and support. Being told the product is "phased out" just one year after purchase, with no migration path or assistance, is unprofessional and frankly disrespectful to paying customers.
We strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing from these developers until they demonstrate a commitment to supporting their customers.
