You could create layout and event sheet for each game and one main layout that lead users to selected layout.
Why do you pass a variable to an object that be destroyed?
It will gone with your object.
Store it in another variable instead.

You should change the condition is:
Audio > is tag "sfx" not playing
You are using boolean variable and it is not the Audio tag.
That is sub-event, you can press shortcut "B" when select the root or R-click on the root and select Add\Add Sub-event.
