Hi folks. I renewed my Construct 3 license yesterday via Paypal. When I renewed, I go a JSON error after the purchase. The cash has been withdrawn from my paypal and my license has not been updated. I sent you an email yesterday trying to resolve the issue. So far no answer. I even tried calling the number on your Facebook page but I just keep getting a busy signal. Can one of you please look into this. I do not like my money floating around in limbo and I need my license to update. If you need a screenshot of the error and proof of purchase, I provided those screenshots in the email. Thanks in advance and please get this taken care of.
