  jobf - you could try installing Chrome Frame for Internet Explorer. It enables Chrome to run certain web pages in IE, and Construct 2 supports it. You can install it without admin permissions too. I think that is true of the Google Chrome browser itself too, actually!

  C2 doesn't have much in the way of tutorials or documentation at the moment.

  We have 58 tutorials and much of the manual is done (just the reference is currently being finished off). What do you think we're lacking? Genuinely curious.

  [""] is actually translated to . by the minifier, so it doesn't have any performance impact. In other words object.mySuperProperty will be minified to something like m.pX, but object["mySuperProperty"] will be minified to m.mySuperProperty (so it keeps the name but changes the syntax).

  I just realised if 'Playtomic' is defined by an external script, you don't need to do what I said, because it's defined in another script that is not minified :)

  Just create multiple instances of the same object. Delete obj2-4 and hold control while dragging obj1 in the layout view, and you'll create a new instance. More on instances vs. object types

  Physics doesn't work so well when you do things like 'set angle' and 'set position' - it has to teleport the object in the physics world to keep up. If you think it's a bug though, can you post a .capx to the bugs forum?

  This is by design, and cannot be fixed - the property grid itself distinguishes properties by their name, including the OnPropertyChanged function which is passed the name of the property. You just need to use different names.

  Hmm, 87 means "the parameter is incorrect". I don't know... I've made a change to the next build that automatically tries to configure this for you, but I don't know if it'll work. Hold tight until the next build and let me know what happens.

  httpcfg.exe set urlacl /u localhost

  If that doesn't work you may need to install httpcfg first which you can get here.
