but everything is correct plz add another way to pay than paypal

This section is for bugs within the program. How is your PayPal problem a bug? The fact that you are having problems with the transaction is surely your problem, not Scirras.

I'm pretty sure this problem doesn't come from Scirra.

Please contact with PayPal or your credit (debit) card's bank supplier to solve your problem.

If you are able to manually send funds to paymentssev@scirra.com from your Paypal account and then send me an email at tomsev@scirra.com I can issue your license manually.

This is the first report I've heard of problems with Paypal which lead me to suspect it's probably not an issue at our end.

If you phone your bank up and ask why the transaction was declined you will get a more detailed reason as to why this happened.
