Hello arod17pr,

Generally for Android I use the scale 16:10 or 10:16.

For Ipad use 16:9 or 9:16.

Do not take into account the fixed resolution, but the resolution scale .

I prefer to always use Cocoon.io

Export you Project to Cordova -> Zip Files -> Drag and Drop in Cocoon.io dashboard. Use Canvas+ for high performance.
