  • Hello everyone.

I am a GS User who just heard about C2. Ive watched some of the beginner videos. I have to say Im impressed. I cant wait to see what all is under the hood of C2.

  • Hi im just a fellow who loves Consturct 2 !

  • Hello guys, I am new in this forum.

  • Hi all,

my name is Bryan and I'm coming over from MIT AppInventor. I made a business app that I published to Google Play only to discover that the vast majority of my market is on iPhone!

So I'm here to see if I can redo my app on C2.

One problem I'm running across, is that most everything is geared towards games, although the capability does seem to exist to make apps.

My first question is, is there a Tutorial track for Apps?

Looking forward to embarking on C2!

    Kind Regards,

    Bryan

  • Hi!

I' am a developer web and desktop App, but I am knowing Construct2 and created some video games for Win8 and WinPhone8!

  • Hi all!

I'm a hobbyist and am using Construct 2 to try to develop interactive instructional (books) apps for multiple platforms

  • My name is Matthew Donica. I am a game developer. I've been developing games in some amateur capacity for the last 8 years. I mostly develop for fun, and to play 1GAM, which is sort of a meta game about game making.

In the past, I've only developed games with GameMaker: Studio and some assorted programming languages. GMS opened my eyes to what the power of a good development suite could do, and got me to swear off hard-coding with Java/C++ et al for game making.

I bought Construct 2 through Steam, because I've heard nothing but good things about it, and it was on sale for $59. I plan on grabbing a reference book from Amazon, and then trying to make HTML5 and Android games, as those are my target platforms.

    Thanks for reading my intro,

    Matthew Donica

  • Ol, meu nome Carlos Gomes, sou brasileiro, e pretendo aprender construct, acabei de comprar a licena, um excelente programa. Parabns aos desenvolvedores.

  • Hello everyone.

My name is Pieter, I'm 18 years old and live in The Netherlands.

I just some searched information about game creator software and decided to go for Construct 2! Not only because it looked really good, by looking at screenshots, but also because a lot of people say that it's a program to start with.

I'm looking forward to meet all of you on the community!

    Pieter,

  • Hello there! I am a new user of Construct 2 and I am very excited to use this program and hope to create many, many games! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • My name's Seth; I work full time on game programming and development, and recently I've decided to try new software for doing so. I'm currently working on two very large projects using Construct 2; we'll see how they turn out!

    Anyways, just saying hi.

  • Hi everybody:

I'm a new developer from Spain and I want to make games with HTML5, so it seems to me this is the best place to be. I hope you could see my work in the future.

I have a little question: I want to purchase a personal license and I saw an attractive offer in Steam at half the price (until July, 22). Is there any problem or limitation if I buy Construct 2 through Steam?

    See you!

  • Hi everbody,

You can call me Mannie. Amateur artist and other stuff. I just got into HTML5 recently and thought I would go learn construct 2 and give it a shot. It's been nice so far with some rough edges in between. As I get better i plan on purchasing it. Just not sure personal or business.

I am an avid game player starting off with Nintendo products and Nintendo fan hardcore. All tho i do own other consoles; nothing sticks like Nintendo. From this lavender, obviously I got into game making and have since tried any different software attempts. Never actually finished them but hopefully i can with construct too. I have many ideas and just not the programming skill to back it up.

An old project that i revived and changed the basic game mechanics is "Ninja Frogger" So far so good, hoping to finish strong. The game was originally inspired by Naruto but not sure if I should keep the theme or make it original and maybe add special guest characters. Might be asking for help along the way...will see.<img src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Well later everyone; happy game making. Maybe will make a game together.

  • Hey guys.
