Doesn't facebook require SSL, etc... Dropbox isn't really a production hosting solution for games. They will limit bandwidth, etc.. There are plenty of free or cheap hosting solutions out there. Personally I use hostgator.

Can happen sometimes. Try to reload fb page and paste link few times. Usually it works for me when it says that dropbox links are blocked.
