    Same here... big storms here.

  • Here it's been blisteringly hot for days! Still got my fan on to keep cool...

  • Yep, I'm sodding sweltering. Fans on, windows open. I'm so glad my computer blows cold air out the front, my last computer used to be like a radiator in its dying days.

  • Dunno where the boy has gone, but deadeye just came back from a break! I think it's been pretty much going on here! Many new members, and many posts! Construct is developing fast too!

Ps. It's been like the hottest summer in many years here in sweden! My apartment is good at keeping the right temperature, but since we sweeds aren't spoiled with 30 degrees all the year around its hard to stay away from the beach!

  • since we sweeds aren't spoiled with 30 degrees all the year around its hard to stay away from the beach!

At first I thought "spoiled? What the..." Then I remembered you must be using celsius, or centigrade, or whatever. Metric, I dunno. At any rate, 30 degrees here in America is below freezing

    30 Celsius = 86 Fahrenheit

I really dont know why USA do not use Metric System and Celcius. Only USA, Liberia, Myanmar dont use Metrics.

Decades ago our scientists determined that using the Metric System can lead to impotence and even penile shrinkage, so it was with a heavy heart that we created a new system of measurement.

in my rebuttal i would like to point out that even after penile shrinkage, measuring with the metric measurement system will yield a greater, more impressive number compared to the imperial measurement system

Hmmm. Maybe you have a point. 19 centimeters does sound more impressive...

(that wasn't over the line, was it? )

heh, i would be more impressed if someone said 19 inches.. that's a really big foot!

even if it's a retarded unit of length (36 inches in a yard!!! poor kids in scool having to calculate with that system!)
