Anybody know about appMobi?

I was just running a search on html5 and came across this recent story; only thing that came to mind afterwards was a keeanu reeves style 'whoa':

Admittedly, this is a prez release as opposed to an entirely objective story, but this tech just sounds freakin' awesome. For those not-quite-programmers like myself: is there any possibility of construct being able to take advantage of this technology? <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

It's on our todo list to check out these technologies. They could really help HTML5 work well on mobile, but we don't know for sure until we try it out. It also could be tricky to get it to integrate with PhoneGap - building mobile applications is very complicated for non-technical users, which is why we like PhoneGap Build so much, but that could also make it difficult to use appMobi's technologies.

My name is Andrew, and I work at appMobi. I've been tasked with learning more about Construct 2 and trying to see how our two technologies can work together. I'm betting that I can take the code generated by these tools and then just drop them into an appMobi application and build it as a native application. Using appMobi's Direct Canvas may be a little more involved, though.

BTW, one question for you: when reading about appMobi I noticed that you guys were touting improved audio functionality over existing html five abilities. Will this be a cross platform feature, ie. will it work on pc's and macs as well as mobile environments?
