I'm looking for someone that is good with blender, 3DS Max, or any 3d software that can that my character I have drawn up in inkscape and render him into a 3D animated object?

Could you share more info about the project.

How complex is your character and it's animations? Will there be additional animations to standard ones: walk cycle, jumping, falling, idle? What is your time frame?

I would need him running, jumping, falling, and bouncing back once running into something.

Time frame= Soonish, with-in a week.
