Map Insert into Game

I have a javascript map library (https://www.cssscript.com/svg-world-map/) that I want to use in a game, but I'm at a loss as to how to make it happen, and looking to hire someone who can point me in the right direction (the rest of the game is ready). The map needs to interact with the game (i.e., when you play a country the country on the map is highlighted). I'm also open to other solutions that accomplish the same goal. Thanks so much!
