I tried using Mobile Master Monetization by ChadoriXD to extend to other ad networks, but haven't had any luck yet on setting it up completely.

Just popping back in here to share current status of the game and how it's performing since launching a few years ago:

Daily downloads are trending down and usually pick back up during football season. Football season is over, but in the last 28 days, ad revenue is at around $200.

I haven't made any updates so there are more uninstalls than there are installs, but i'm still happy that there is still some ad revenue flowing in.
