batman 3D iso from oc�an - REMAKE

Hi everybody,

I come here today because i am in search of a construct coder who'd like to work with me on the remake of an old 8 bit game ... BATMAN from ocean

Previous work? Yes, the game was on work, every gfx are done and i have a nice tune but the coder has no more time to work on it and doesn't want to free out its C sources ...

So i've decided to build a motivated team for this nice project

Ha I remember that! I used to love that game. Even though I sucked at it. Can't help you I'm afraid but good luck on it, will play it when it's finished!

This looks really nice and I'm very tempted to try helping out. But I don't really have much faith in my isometric coding abilities I'm afraid . I wish you luck though. And with awesome artwork like that I'm sure you'll find someone to help with the coding pretty easily.

Just looking around your site. Noticed you remade Barbarian as well!

BTW, the Popeye one you're working on. Would that be the classic Spectrum one with the huge graphics from the same guy who did The Trapdoor game?

yes my first gfx remake was barbarian then batman.

I've also remade the gfx of gordiantomb for tdbsoft (like barbarian)

and i am currently working on a goonies remake

For popeye, no, this is not the spectrum one with screen sized sprites but the nintendo one playable on MAME.

Ahh shame, the speccy one was great, never played the Nintendo one. I would love to help, but alas I've got too much on, otherwise I'd jump on it like an alcoholic jumps on a bottle of JD. I love remakes of these old games!

Remember the uproar Barbarian caused back then too? I wonder what the censors of the day would make of todays games

I can help , Ive been doing 3d and 2d games for 8 years now.But then it must be created with construct and it has to be freeware.Im currently working on a spiderman game.It's a 2.5d game.I create my 2d sprites with a 3d modeling program and then save the renders as tga or png files.
