Hi, I'm creating a wall jump that varies how far and high the player jumps depending on how long the jump button is held down.
I'm currently using platform behavior.
Can I please have assistance with this problem?

My logic with the placing of the private variables and use of time is off.

Thanks for the help Jayjay. But is there a way to make the wall jump height and distance controlled, instead of increasing over time. For example the player presses the jump button quickly and only wall jumps a short distance. But if the player holds the jump button the player will wall jump a long distance.
