I would prefer to round it to 128x128.
Good thought. Lets get few more opinions and what people like as far as graphics. ie Space, earth textures, etc. And I will start.
It look like Box.net is the preferred way to distribute?

I like it that you think powers of two are round numbers
jpg or png? I will get out some tests samples out by tomorrow. I am guessing jpg will be smaller
Don't bother with .jpg. Construct converts everything to .png when you import it anyway, and .jpg is really crappy for games because of artifacts and junk.
