Ok first I made XAudio 2 play a sound when a sprite is on a specific frame.
I also wanted the sound to loop itself. But when I did I dont know how to make it stop playing, it keeps looping.

Use the stop action.
the stop action is only if you use music.mp3 but i made a sound.wav file to loop.
and i cant stop it from playing once its started.
No, the stop action in the channel category will let you stop any sound you play.
