I was wondering how to copy events from one layout to another.
And also, if there was some sort of sheet where you could alter the order of your layouts.
As for my first question, if I clone a layout, the event sheet will not copy.
Is there something like a global event list? Does that make sense?

Try:
1[RMB in Event Editor - click "Include Event Sheet" or 2. ["Project" bar\Layout Properties\Event Sheet] - select sheet from another layout
In ["Project" bar\Application Properties\Event Sheets\Manage Events] you can delete useless sheets
