Galaga style shooter?

I have everything set up but I am having problems getting the enemy to move in groups, move down after so many seconds, and shoot back.

As well I can't seem to get a bullet to fire straight from my ship, it shoots to the right.

I have searched the forums but I am new so when people put just what it should look like I have no idea what to do, if someone could post a quick step by step it would be a big help.

To move enemies I suggest having a variable as their timer, and perform actions when the times reaches a value
