  • A lot of great changes here. Nice!

Although 3D Box still renders wrong for me, some textures not rendering at all (mostly the front, but different ones if you muck about with pitch, roll and yaw). I'm not sure if it was supposed to be fixed this build or not, but thought I'd mention it anyhow.

Ignore that, it's just me being stupid and not checking the tracker (and the program) properly, (didn't check "3D Layering" in layer properties.)

Now to go try out xaudio timescaling.

  • ohh great update gonna try it now

  • THANK YOU for the Physics FIX!!!!!!!

  • BTW, XAudio2 has always timescaled audio - the new option is simply to turn it off

  • Great work dudes

  • Your hard work is very appreciated.

I know that some of us can seem like an ungrateful community but don't ever forget that we have

as high hopes as you do for construct and thats why our emotions and our lack of patience

can sometimes appear that we do not value the hard work and the amount of time that you put in it.

Thank you so much for the fixes! but more importantly, thank you for listening to the community that believes in you so much!

  • I finally had the chance to test this version yesterday, and it is awesome!

Broken things were fixed, new additions... Nice work everyone!

  • great!

  • Thanks for update!

    But collision bug still exsist

I hope it will be fixed in the new build

  • Ever since the site's been updated there's been 200% more activity everywhere.

  • W00t! The 3D boxes WORK AGAIN!!! FINALLY!!

On the minus side, what the heck happened to the platform behavior's slope handing? Now, when I run something up a slope, it gradually slows down as the slope becomes steeper. Sometimes, if you stop on a slope for a sec and then try to keep going up, you can't, presumably because you don't have enough force to do so. Is this the intended new behavior? Sure it's realistic, and is great in, for instance, a Sonic-like game, but it's a nuisance otherwise. (If this is unintentional, I'll go ahead and file a bug report, but I dunno if it is)

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

    Yep, it's a bug.

I actually filed a bug report for this a few days ago when I noticed it.

  • sorry, thats fixed now...kinda hoped no one would notice it heh

  • Fixed? That actually sounds like a neat idea, but why not leave it strictly optional?
