Performance is good on big areas with many 2d billboards and 3d objects casting shadows. in small levels of course is the best

yes, i have other behavior for this, for example of you have ghost in your game , ghost cannot cast shadows
oh cool, but it's not regarding ghosts - I just have some regular objects that I do not want to cast a shadow at all?
This behavior is called 3D Shadow Object v1.0.0.0.c3addon just add to object and uncheck shadows casting or receive shadows
