When I use the external IDE to edit the JS, press the Save key how to update the JS, directly in C3 instead of needing to import.

It's not normally possible to use an external IDE to edit scripts. Are you using the experimental new folder based saves in the browser? Or perhaps the desktop download with a folder-based project?
