Help please. My custom plugin had a language issue now I cant start C3,

I am working on a plugin, after I attempted to install the first build I get the following error starting construct. I have already resolved this issue but now can not access the plugin manager to upload the fix.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I found help on this but just in case it is useful I am leaving this post.

If your plugin stops the site from loading due to errors clear your browser history in the last (hour assuming you did the work in the last hour)

This will allow you back into the page to re-upload your newest version.

The manual section on safe mode also covers this.
