Hey

i've added snapshot function to my app and when tested it on my mobile device it captured it perfectly then automatically downloaded the shot to my phone gallery.

buuuuuut!! the joy soon faded in to frustration.

i've now tested it on a mobile with bigger screen than mine, i go to press the button which has been triggering the snapshot, then boom nothing happens at all.

any ideas what can be causing this??

This definitely shouldn't be hapenning, but without seeing your code, there's no way anyone can guess what may be causing it... :)

my bad lol sorry. here's the code i have for snapshot, not sure if it's an extra function i need to add in for bigger phones or it's a permission needing activated on other device

strange, seems it was down to the scanner app i was using to read the qr code for remote preview.

changed it to the qr scanner use on my phone and it worked just fine
