Scrollable text area

I need to have a text area that scrollning with scroll bar. I should use it to display istruction of the game

I see some repley at the same prblem but the example linked is too old and is't impossible do download

Is it not possible to create an html file and display in a layout. If it is possible I can use the project file? There is poor documentation

I just fought through this, you're actually using the WRONG TEXT TYPE!

When you right-click and insert a new object, there are two types of text. I think the one you want is "text input".

Then you set it to disabled so people can't input text. This type is now scrollable.

As it is, another mod nuked that user which removes all posts, but unfortunately left my post abandoned.
