Im very new here and is starting to lean Construct. And im having a blast :)
Im making an oldschool circular shooter where i can rotate my ship in the middle and shoot enemies that aproach from the side.
It is working very well on the pc where i use the mouse and make my ship look at the mouse pointer. I use the Touch-Is in Touch.
When i test it on mobile i have to move my finger around the screen. This works but i block the view with my finger.. I would like to have a circular control in the bottom right corner of the screen where i can touch and move my finger around to turn the spaceship... like a dial on a controller.
I have searched this forum without luck. Anyone that can point me in the correct direction on hov to solve this ?
Thanks in advance :)
First off, welcome to the world of Construct :) I'm sure you'll like it here!
The options for control is a tricky one depending on what you want to achieve. There are tutorials for many on screen controls etc. From joysticks, button keys and all sorts. You can also have 'invisible controls'. Eg, touch left side of the screen/right side of the screen to move/turn L/R.

Here is a little demo, it allows to rotate the character by touching anywhere on the screen.
