  • Yo lionz

    I'm really really really sorry.

    I don't understand that much English :(

Please is it alright if you could open up a new project and screenshot the event if that isn't too much of a hassle for you?

You will need to add-to find the same outcome as my project.

    -dragon sprite

    -fireball sprite

    -instance variable for dragon

    -global variable

And that's it so please could you show me like that?

    I'll very appreciate your help.

    My best,

    SHIRATSUYU

  • OK here

  • Hey lionz

    Thanks very much!

I'll be checking it out rn

    Thanks again

  • Try Construct 3

  • Hey lionz

Really helpful of you thanks so much.

The first thing I didn't understand was that I thought it was only possible to input numbers in the every x seconds event.

But you showed me correctly :D

But then I run in to another problem.

Idk why but even though I set the "firerate" to 1.0,2.0&3.0 the fireballs spawn at 0.1 per second

    XD

aslo here is the events I used,it's the same I think

    Regards,

  • Check in the debug view to see what value the variable has. It has possibly gone wrong because you are loading a save game after you click the button it's a little strange the logic.

  • Hey lionz

    Thanks for the reply.

I don't know how to operate debug layout.

I mean will it help you change it back to orignal?

Anyways I'll be changing the loading thing.

    Regards,

    SHIRATUYU

  • Yo lionz

    Thanks for all your help.

I really appreciate all your help.

I've deleted "Layout2" so I've set the "Layout2" things to invisible and visible(when the time comes for it to be visible).

    So now it works.

Also thanks to your help the fire rate works perfectly. :D

    I'm really happy.

    Thanks once again.

Its a lil weird you have easy, med and hard all loading from the same save file. I'd change it to 3 different save files, based on the difficulty to make the game more challenging (if the game has levels/stages etc).

  • Yo GtheDev

Do you mean 3 different layouts?

So that when you click easy-send to layout so and so?

    Regards,

    SHIRATSUYU

  • No 3 load files, so mysaveEasy, mysaveMedium and mysaveHard. So players can "cheat" and get super far on easy to then switch to hard at the end. If your game works like that.

  • Hi GtheDev

    Thanks for the reply.

Yes I think that will suite the game very much.

    Thanks for all your help.
