I know that normally when an image is reduced it loses its quality, but this thing that happens to me with my life bar is too much. Does anyone know why it might lose so much quality?
Try changing "Sampling" parameter in project properties. If this doesn't work - use TiledBackground object instead of the sprite.

The only way I don't lose quality is by lowering the Sampling to "Nearest", but I lose a lot of image quality throughout the game. Using the image as a TiledBackground works ok. I was working with the original size of the image and got better results.
