Like most forum editors.
Set text to "You received item [icon=100]" & ItemName & "[/color]!" it can transform a specified sprite.

It's not currently supported in the Text object. However you could use a SpriteFont and have a special character dedicated to an icon.
yes it possible, not on bbcode but using some styles and css, all my projects have this icons lol
You can create or use some lib, i like fontawesome and bootstrap
