Help with converting Construct 2 addons as a Construct 3 addon?

I'm trying to use a Construct 2 addon in Construct 3 but obviously it doesn't work. I discovered this converter but I have no idea how to work it. So could someone please explain how to work it or even convert the addon for me? Thanks in advance :)

That converter tool can only make runtime 2 version of the addon. Runtime 2 is deprecated and it will not work in the modern versions of Construct 3.

What addon are you trying to convert? Have you tried searching for it? maybe someone has already ported it for C3.
